After a recent period of rapid growth, Porterhouse Medical US is thrilled to introduce a new starter in our growing team, Tanmay Chavan. Tanmay is a Medical Writer who worked with the Group on a freelance basis for an advisory board project last year. We are now delighted to reconnect with him and welcome him to our global scientific services team in a permanent role!
Tanmay has a PhD in Biochemistry from University of Illinois, Chicago. Since graduating he has worked in oncology and cell signaling, and he also brings rare disease, AMD and neurology experience to his new role (including Dravet Syndrome and epilepsy).
Tanmay lives in Canada where he enjoys hiking and outdoor pursuits. He also cooks delicious Indian food that he sells at the local farmers market on the weekend!
