Porterhouse Medical US bolsters its publications expertise

Porterhouse Medical is thrilled to welcome Nicole Day as a Senior Medical Writer to our US-based agency.

Nicole holds a BS in Molecular Biology and a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She also brings five years of medical writing expertise to her new role and holds the ‘Medical Writer Certified’ credential (MWC®) from the American Medical Writers Association.

Nicole has a strong track record of publications across therapy areas including neurology and oncology. Her deep scientific training, combined with excellent industry experience, enables her to translate complex data into clear, impactful communications – making her a valuable asset as she supports our rare disease and gene therapy accounts, where precision and scientific rigor are essential.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys knitting, baking sourdough bread, and exploring her creativity through watercolor and acrylic painting. She also loves trying new restaurants, visiting Colorado’s hot springs, cheering on Denver sports teams, and spending time with her two cats, Chewbacca and Luna.

We look forward to working with Nicole and the added expertise she’ll bring to the team.

At Porterhouse Medical, our people make the difference. Our globally acclaimed agency works hard to develop its talented teams, a feature that has been recognised through our achievement of the Gold accreditation in July 2019 from Investors in People , the international standard for people management. Our mix of scientific expertise, creativity and industry knowledge ensures that our powerful insight-driven, scientific and medical communications stand out from the rest.
