Porterhouse Medical Group is delighted to announce that Alice Wright has been promoted to the role of Account Director.
Alice is a long-standing member of the Porterhouse family, having joined our global client services team in May 2017. Since then, she has been instrumental in driving the growth of a key global pharmaceutical account and the expansion of client contacts within other key companies. Over the past 11 months, Alice guided multiple global teams through business growth and expansion, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and allowing the teams to flourish and grow.
Alice is an excellent role model for everyone at Porterhouse; she never shies away from responsibility and lives our core values every day by frequently going above and beyond to help other team members. She is an invaluable colleague who brings energy and enthusiasm to her work and is always happy to muck in and support others. She is highly organised, has a calm manner and is a fount of knowledge for everything related to processes and SOPs.
Alice’s genuine compassion and motivation to develop both the team and the company has not only been visible in her client work but also through her commitment to internal initiatives. This is shown by her roles as a Time to Change Champion, fire marshal and book club co-organiser.
Alice recently moved from Reading to our Nottingham office. Our Nottingham family feels very lucky to have her around and be in the presence of her cheery persona, although she is much missed by the Reading team!
