Women’s Equality Day is celebrated on August 26th each year, to commemorate the hard-fought achievements in securing women’s right to vote in the United States, while also serving as a global reminder of the ongoing struggle for gender parity in all aspects of life. The event prompts us to reflect on the progress made, recognize the challenges that persist, and commit to fostering a world where every individual, regardless of gender, can thrive and contribute fully to society.
Fortunately, the healthcare communications industry is filled with strong, intelligent women, so we know the benefits of gender equity in the workplace and our industry.
To mark Women’s Equality Day, we had a look the ratio of male to female employees at Porterhouse across the UK, US and Insights. We are proud to share that 69% of all our staff and 60% of our senior management team is made up of amazing women 😍😍
