Porterhouse welcomes an experienced Account Manager to our global client services team

Porterhouse Medical Group is delighted to welcome Rachel Lafbery, as we continue to expand our global client services team.

Rachel is joining Porterhouse as an experienced Account Manager, having worked in client services in medical communications and medical education for the last five years. During this time, she has worked with both medical and commercial client teams across a wide variety of disease areas, including oncology, haematology, multiple sclerosis, rare diseases and inflammatory conditions, and has experience with a range of project types, including live events, virtual meetings, e-learning, digital platforms and filming. Rachel is highly qualified for her role from a scientific perspective as well; she has a BSc in biomedical science and an MSc in applied biosciences from Nottingham Trent University.

She recently returned to her university town of Nottingham and is currently working from home, with the opportunity to go into our Nottingham office once or twice a week when government guidelines are relaxed. In her spare time, Rachel likes to travel, go hiking and practice speaking Spanish.

Bienvenida a la familia Porterhouse, Rachel! We hope that you will enjoy this exciting new step making a difference in our growing healthcare communications group.

At Porterhouse Medical Group, all members of our teams have a solid scientific background, allowing them to quickly get to grips with new products, understand and develop key communication objectives, and interpret complex data with accuracy and precision. They combine this with exceptional attention to detail and keen commercial thinking to deliver creative, impactful solutions that are scientifically sound and compliant with all relevant codes of practice.

If you would like more details about the powerful insight-led scientific and medical communication programmes delivered by our expert team, please visit porterhousemedical.com/our-approach or contact mark.walker@porterhousemedical.com.
