This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (9 to 15 May 2022) and the official theme is ‘loneliness’. As part of the initiative, Mental Health UK is encouraging everyone to help tackle loneliness and to build meaningful connections with our friends, family, colleagues and communities.
To mark the event and to celebrate being able to get together to work and socialise again, our mental health champions in the Porterhouse ‘Time to Change’ team organised a company breakfast in our offices.
Our company values speak to ‘flourishing together as a family’ and ‘humour and happiness in our working lives’ – and this breakfast achieved smiles all round! 😊
