Last week, our Porterhouse Medical UK Client Services team got together for an inspiring Key Account Management (KAM) Planning Day – an excellent opportunity to align, collaborate, and set our sights on delivering even greater client success in 2026.
The morning was all about strategic account growth – but with a creative twist! Teams were challenged to present their plans in the most innovative and action-focused way possible. The energy and ideas were incredible, but one message stood out:

The afternoon was devoted to skills development, with interactive sessions focused on:
• Maximising on face-to-face opportunities for client discussions
• Building compelling, insight-driven case studies
• Understanding our own communication styles, and learning how to adapt them to connect even more effectively with colleagues and clients
