Porterhouse Medical Group is delighted to announce that Jack Gibbons has been promoted to the role of Editor.
Jack joined Porterhouse’s meticulous editorial team in February 2020 with a BSc (Hons) in anatomy and human biology and an MRes in biomedical sciences and translational medicine from the University of Liverpool. Since then, he has become an extremely valuable member of the Porterhouse family, consistently demonstrating his hard-working nature and willingness to help other teams with tasks such as data checking and uploading content to online platforms.
Jack is also an active member of various internal groups at Porterhouse, including our Environmental Group and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Group, and has produced articles on Porterhouse’s environmental mission as well as a series of articles as part of a celebration of women and girls in science .
Jack has since extended his love of writing and is currently taking part in the Porterhouse Bungee Programme, spending half of his time editing and the other half honing his medical writing skills within our scientific services team.
Congratulations on your well-deserved promotion, Jack! It has been exciting to watch your career flourish at Porterhouse and it will be interesting to see which direction it takes over the coming months.
