A long-standing and highly valued member of the Porterhouse family, Alice joined the company in May 2017 and, since then, has been very much the glue that holds the team together. She has been instrumental in driving the growth of a key global pharmaceutical account and the expansion of client contacts within other key client companies. Alice’s calm and organised manner means clients quickly trust her to do a fantastic job and her great work has led to numerous client referrals and account growth.
Alice has proven herself to be a seasoned manager and a role model for the client services team; she never shies away from responsibility and lives our core values every day by frequently going above and beyond to help other team members. Additionally, during what has been a very unpredictable year, Alice has remained a constant support to everyone, bringing enthusiasm and energy as well as being the ‘go-to’ point of contact for any virtual meeting–related queries. Alice’s genuine compassion and motivation to develop both the team and the company has not only been visible in her client work but also through her commitment to additional initiatives such as her role as a compliance champion, Time to Change Champion and, more recently, Book Club organiser.
