Porterhouse Medical is thrilled to welcome Rebecca Youle (Becca) to our growing team, as we continue to augment our globally acclaimed healthcare communications agency.
Becca has joined our scientific services team as an Associate Medical Writer based in our Reading office. She shares our passion for life sciences and brings valuable scientific expertise to her new role. Becca graduated with a PhD in Structural Biology from The Francis Crick Institute last year, where the focus of her thesis was a structural and functional investigation into the ZAP-KHNYN antiviral system. She also holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Bath, graduating in 2020. Her unique perspective and academic rigor will be a fantastic addition as we continue to deliver high-impact, science-led communications around the world.
In her spare time, Becca enjoys participating in musical theatre performances, most recently starring in Beauty and the Beast. She’s also keen to support charities, having organised a Cabaret evening for Mind and is running the London Marathon for Age UK this month.
Welcome to the Porterhouse family, Becca! We look forward to working with you and wish you all the best in the London Marathonđ
