India joined our global client services team in March 2020 with a BSc in pharmacology from the University of Bristol. Unfortunately, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, India only had about two weeks in the office before we all transitioned to working from home. Despite the challenges of working remotely so quickly after starting a new role, it has been great to see India’s rapid and continuous progress. She has demonstrated her ability to manage projects, build trust with clients and remain calm under the pressure of busy virtual congresses throughout the year.
On news of her promotion, India commented, “I had an interesting beginning to my career. With just two weeks in the office before lockdown, I was apprehensive about learning the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of client services from home. However, the support, guidance and endless good humour and kindness of every one of my colleagues at Porterhouse has made what could have been a very difficult learning experience an incredible opportunity for my professional and personal growth. I’m excited to see what the year will bring and hope it will come with brighter days for all.”
