At Porterhouse, as part of our commitment to improve of our environmental performance as a business, we have planted a tree for every member of our team to help offset the carbon emissions generated through our work.
We have chosen to support a reforestation project in Mount Elgon, Uganda in Africa – an area facing rapid ecological decline, increased landslide risk, and significant human and environmental challenges. By contributing to this effort, we hope to play a part in restoring vital ecological services and supporting the communities who depend on them.
