Celebrating a successful and diverse career path at Porterhouse

Porterhouse Medical Group is delighted to announce that Catherine McEnhill has been promoted to the role of Senior Medical Writer within our growing global scientific services team.

Cat joined the Porterhouse family as an Account Executive in November 2018, with a degree in biomedical sciences from the University of Oxford. Since then, she has had a diverse career within our healthcare communications agency. Cat was one of the first to try out the Porterhouse Bungee Programme – an initiative that enables ambitious employees to undertake a part-time, fixed-term placement in a different department or team within Porterhouse. After a successful ‘bungee’ into our global scientific services team, she then transitioned from her role in client services to working full time as an Associate Medical Writer.

Cat always brings a great deal of energy to her work and flourished in her role as a Medical Writer. Cat’s high energy and determination to solve challenges have made her a popular figure with her clients. In addition, she has been instrumental in the success of a key global account, working across a wide range of project types including many educational and promotional events.

Cat also leads the Porterhouse Intelligence Hub literature surveillance team; this allows her to keep up with the latest therapy area updates and provide perspective on what these mean for our clients, for our clients’ customers and for patients.

Beyond her project work, Cat is a driver of the Porterhouse Pathfinders Graduate Internship Programme and has recently welcomed Matt, our latest intern, to the team. However, not only does she always look out for her colleagues but she also looks out for the environment, working hard to help achieve Porterhouse’s ISO 14001 certification as part of her work within the Porterhouse Environmental Group.

Congratulations, Cat, on your well-deserved promotion! We are thrilled to see you flourish as you carve your career path within the Porterhouse family.
